QUAKERSThe Quaker Parrot is a very interesting bird with an amazing ability to talk. If your goals are an inexpensive Parrot w/ great talking ability - look no further they are also very hardy. In fact, they are banned in some states because they are considered nuisence- HA! I always recomend Quakers to people who are starting out and want to get involved with Parrots.
